Bashed

For about an hour, it felt as though somebody had sneaked up behind me and whacked my head with a two-by-four. It's better now, but my jaw is sore. Weird. I'm not sure what will happen when I go to sleep, but I'm expecting a replay of the last two days. It's definitely time to make an appointment with the doctor.

The air has turned surprisingly cool, and the thin clouds remained for most of the night. The landscape always looks best when the moonlight is softened by thin clouds. If I felt better, I'd be enjoying it more- and I'd be able to sit at the computer longer. No more now.

I got a full four hours of sleep today. An improvement, I guess. The sun is out, the sky is full of fluffy white clouds, the Shasta daisies are blooming, and there is a cool breeze. The only problem is that I'm looking at it while in a daze, like a Bush caught in the press lights. What I need is a nap- and for the headache to go away.
