Crunch Time

The neck adjustment was pretty rough today. Everything was stuck. I blame the hot weather, which makes me shift about in my sleep and end up in odd positions that put vertebrae out of whack worse than usual. The good news is that tonight will be a bit cooler than the last couple of nights, so maybe I can avoid the restlessness that would be likely to quickly un-adjust the adjustment. I'm extremely tired, though, so I don't know if I can put off sleep until the house has gotten cool.
