Goodbye, Lawndale
The very last episode of
Daria
aired last night. Now, except for reruns, there is no longer any reason to ever watch MTV again.

Well you might want to turn on MTV if you swallow something poisonous and want to induce vomiting.

That was the last episode? I thought it was just an intro to the new season... :[

According to the MTV web site, that was the last Daria ever.
Daria was the last thing on MTV that I actually enjoyed.
Well, not entirely true.
I enjoy making fun of the twits who end up on Road Rules and The Real World.
But not as much as I enjoyed Daria.

MTV did a poll about the end of the series, and 6% of those polled were glad Daria was gone. So you're not entirely alone. But I'm one of the 47% who will miss her. The rest didn't care one way or the other.

Stupid that they're doing this to cut costs...Daria really was one of the only MTV shows that was really worth any time.
