Running late again, thanks to Idernet issues and equipment failures. Tuesday I got insufficient sleep and dietary oddness, and only lately found that I had one last can of minestrone, which I heated up for a very late supper. I feel moderately better now, but really need to get to sleep. Running out of energy makes me so damned sad. And my neck is sore again. Probably the draft from the HVAC blowing on it. Maybe some ointment for it before I go to bed.
