Reset Forty-Seven, Day Fifty-Seven
If I'd had a plan Monday I'd have lost track of it for sure. I certainly lost track of the randomness I did have. One might-be memory is a sad one that I ate four meals, even though another tells me I might have had three naps, reducing the amount of time available for eating. Somehow I got through it, despite some rather painful issues with my left leg, which has taken to disagreeing with the rest of me when I want to be lying down and it wants to stand up.
For a time in the afternoon I opened the blinds in the bedroom and the sunlight was falling lavishly on the bed, so I decided to lie in it like a cat. I wasn't sleepy, but I think I know why cats love their patches of sunlight so much. It grew quite toasty despite the chilly room, and I was sorry when the sun finally left the bed and climbed the wall. I think it was the most pleasant part of the day.
I need to order some clothing, especially pants, as my recent weight gain has made almost everything I have now a bit too snug, and the pants actually unwearable. I find that I dislike online shopping as much as any shopping, so I keep putting it off. I'll need to go to the bank soon, though, so the pants at least are a must. I can't go to the bank in my pajama bottoms. Not even the ones with kitties wearing glasses or the ones with penguins snowboarding. And it's likely those will have to be replaced soon as well. They are wearing a bit thin, and one pair has already ripped. Clothing is like everything else in the material world. I really don't get along with any of it very well.
It's expected to be 66 degrees in the mini-metropolis today, but I expect I'll be chilly anyway. I was Monday. I am right now. I should go back to bed and be under the covers. If I stay up any longer I'm likely to get hungry, and I'm quite sure I'm way over my 24 hour food limit. No more for me but my one square of bedtime chocolate.
