It's been raining here for the last couple of hours, and it's likely to continue the rest of the day and into tomorrow. It's hard for me to not doze off while listening to the sound of it. My morning sleep and evening nap Monday were both truncated, and I think only anxiety is keeping me going right now. Same old thing. Old same thing. I might sleep a bit better today thanks to the rain. It does seem to help. Although I doubt I'll need help getting to sleep right now. The trouble will be staying awake while I walk to the other room. Yikes.
