Recovering
Early light reveals a few pale streaks of thin cloud. It will probably remain fairly cool today. The longer the better, as far as I'm concerned. I hope I get to sleep through the morning today, though. As interesting as it was to see everything lit from the opposite side for a change, yesterday's disruption was not something I'd like to repeat. A nice, peaceful Sunday is what I want.
Even though it's cooled off, I'm still chary of Sluggo's misbehavior, and thus reluctant to get started writing anything of length. I have a couple of things already begun that need completing, and a couple of ideas floating around in my head. They'll have to wait for a big block of time on a cool night. What I actually feel like doing right now is sleeping for ten hours or so. The little sharp-voiced birds are waking up. I'm glad I'm not one of them.
