Reset Forty-Nine, Day Seventy-Nine

Thursday I managed to sleep for about six hours, more or less (leg cramps kept waking me up.) A later evening nap lasted about four hours, so I ought to be rested, but nope. After a Big Meal for the third night in a row I got dopey, and haven't even cleaned the dishes yet, just nodded off repeatedly. I suppose I should go to sleep, if sleep isn't trying to fool me.

I keep missing things. I missed the trash pickup because I fell asleep at the wrong time, and I missed seeing the full moon because I just forgot what night it was, and I'm missing the Perseid meteor shower because the night sky is too bright around here. I wonder what else I'm missing? There might be quite a bit, but my memory a has gotten so bad I just don't know.

I'm very tired, but my left calf has been itching so fiercely I fear it will keep me awake. I might try putting a cold, damp cloth with baking soda on it for a few minutes. I don't have anything else on hand. There's yet another thing I'm missing, but I don't even know exactly what it is.

I think it is the potassium in the jarred pickles that help with leg cramps.
