Geek Question

Does anybody use the NetCaptor browser? I'm wondering if it would be worth the thirty bucks.

I use Mozilla 1.3.1

It's free, open source, and intuitive.

Mozilla has the tab browsing. And popup blocking built in. In fact Mozilla does everything NetCaptor advertises plus if you want to you can install the email client and a chat client. Firebird is the latest in the idea of compact browsing. http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firebird/release-notes.html
or here it the 1.3.1 Mozilla client

You choice but I wouldn't spend the money.
