All I can say is wow.

Israel's airline, El Al, has a security policy which says no matter how far down the corporate food chain a worker is, he or she can have an intended passenger detained if they get a bad vibe. They've averted a few bombings by checking out passengers who seem nervous. I don't know why the US did this to this guy, but maybe he made someone nervous.
