If I did have any etchings, you can bet that at least some of them would be by Peter Milton. Many years ago, I found a magazine published in the late 1960s which had reproductions of three of his works. This was before he became well known. I cut the reproductions out, and still have them, tattered and dog-eared though they are. I found them both haunting and disturbing. Once in a while, a few of his works will show up at online galleries. I just did a Google search, and found Points of Departure II: Nijinsky Variations. (Avery large image- over 400k.)I don't like this particular piece as much as I do some of his other work, but it is a fairly decent example of his style. If you enjoy the strange, the haunting, the evocative, it is worth a look. There are smaller images of this and a few other works at McGowan Fine Art.
