There is television to be watched!

Not to mention monthly bookkeeping to be done, and I need a shower.

Are you really serious about television being better than the net? I cannot agree - all you get from TV is whatever they feed you: now THAT might eat your brain. At least if you are "wasting" your energy and time on the net you can actually put some small part of your own handiwork (or is that "Handywork"ho ho!) there for others to enjoy/bitch about! - oh, and don't forget we can't smell you out here in netland, but we might sense your discomfort. Be glad you don't live over here where we'll be getting water rationing soon - short showers are worse than used baths! Enjoy a good long hot one!

But there's very good television here. Turner Classic Movies, Independent Film Channel, Sundance Channel, all sorts of things that must be watched!.

And television is surely better than Wikipedia. Or at least the lies television tells are more entertaining than the lies Wikipedia tells.

Yep, you're probably right there! Television lies are more professionally done! {Wish we had stuff like "Sundance Channel" down here.} Maybe I'll hop over to California sometime just for the teevee. . . . . B)
