I woke up to slush and it's been slush ever since. It snows, it rains, it snows, it rains. The good side is that there must be loads of real snow in the mountains by now. Also I ordered pizza and the kid had to slog through the slushy yard to get it to the door. He did it well so I gave him a big tip. But I should have asked him to bring in the mail while he was at it. Still no idea it we've got any or not.

Welcome to actual winter. I'd write about my adventures during the outage, but they didn't really amount to much, and I don't want to think about it anyway. But did anybody miss me? No? Well, chances are the power or the telephone will go off again and I'll be missing for a few more days. Just have patience.
