rejectomorphThe cats (and mooching raccoons) have gone through a huge bag of food in slightly over two weeks. Maybe bird seed is cheaper, and if I feed the birds the cats will eat them instead cat food, and I wouldn't go broke as soon. Or maybe I could eat the birds and could then spend more money on cat food instead of on my own food. Whatever, I'm not spending my beer money on cat food.
Speaking of food, there's a very ripe cantaloupe stinking up my kitchen, and I'd better eat it before I close the windows. It's going to be a chilly night. Last night I forgot to close the windows and the house chilled down to 64 degrees before morning. Tonight I'll try to keep it no lower than 68.
