Busy

Busy days. Carpet cleaning. Furniture shifting. Stuff sorting. Internets searching.

Can't wait for it all to be done with.

No Sunday Verse this week. Maybe I'll post a dirty limerick later in the week, if I find the time.

Are you moving house?

Nope. One of my nephews is going away for a year, and he moved some of his stuff into my house rather than keep it in a storage unit. Another nephew has had some stuff stored here for several months and is now taking it away. He also has a carpet cleaning machine, so we're taking advantage of the shifting of stuffs to do some spring cleaning in the dead of winter.

Nephew 2 is also doing some work for a startup company and needs to gather information about potential customers, so I've been collecting and sorting urls for him.

I'll probably move house eventually, so I'm chucking a few useless things out out while the rest of the shifting is going on, just to get a bit of a head start. I also showed the house to a neighbor who has shown some interest and could be a potential buyer when the time comes.

All this is accompanied by rain and mud and distraught cats. My version of the holiday season.
