Odd things happening on the site

Is anybody else having this sort of experience? I will open my journal or my friends page, then go to a comments page, and when I return to the Journal or friends page, I get an earlier version of it, with all the most recent entries missing. In short, stuff disappears and reappears. I think maybe the servers aren't communicating with each other properly. Either that, or I'm going in and out of some sort of time warp.

this happens to me all the time. when i hit refresh, it goes to the newer page sometimes, but usually it says that there was an error displaying this link, and i have to shut the window and start over. usually i get sent back to an old version anyway, when i re-open my journal.

i think we are mere mice in a social experiment to see how much frustration we can take, and still want to use the internet. apparently we can take a lot. now they know this. damn.

One of the database servers is lagging... It thinks that it is still 6pm yesterday for some reason. Like everything else, it's being worked on.

Oh, and I'm sure people were in their cars as a haven... a place where the electricity works, comeplete with air, radio/CD player, phone...

Some simply cannot do without.

I've found that the Back button is more reliable than the Refresh button in these circumstances. But since the problem seems to be a server that doesn't know what time it is, it will probably be fixed soon.
(Or is that what they said about the directory? Hmmm....)

Oh, the server lost track of time. I know just how it feels.
