Reset Forty, Day Thirty-Nine

Monday I got a couple of needed phone calls done, but more remain. I've also arranged for a few grocery items to be picked up later today. Sleep got a bit awkward again, with an evening nap lasting to around midnight, with dinner (a grilled cheese sandwich) after the nap. The heat was of course unpleasant, but I did see my yard lizard, who was probably enjoying the weather. My brain is muddled, and I can't tell if I'm tired or not, but a the moment the trash collecting truck is making noise out at the street, going about its normal business, so the world obviously is indifferent to my complaints. My hope that it will one day stop in astonishment and realize its crimes against me is most likely vain. It's a good thing I have sense of humor about it.
