Confession: Technodolt Strikes (out) Again

So, my ISP program goes all squirrely on me.
I uninstall it, saving my e-mail and such in a backup file.
The program tells me to run the Backup Wizard to restore my files.
I re-install the program.
I go looking for the Backup Wizard.

???
Well, I'm beside myself. I search. I puzzle. I fume.
Where's the damned Wizard?!
Finally, I call my nephew.
"Try going to the program through your Start Menu."
DOH!
All I can say is that I hope that my brain is like the LJ Directory.
Someday, it will work again.
