When Windows acts up, and get some error message I can't understand, I have found that it is quicker to do a Google search on the message than it is to dig through the FAQs at the byzantine Microsoft site. It has the added advantage of providing results from sites other than Microsoft as well. Too bad Google doesn't build an OS.
