The Printroom is a site maintained by the Spencer Museum of Art, and has a nice selection of prints and woodcuts by a variety of artists. There are a dozen or so particularly nice Japanese prints, and the images are available in both large and small files. (High resolution, so they will load slowly on a dialup connection. Their page of links to other web sites appears to be up-to-date. More Japanese work can be seen at one of these links, UKIYO-E: Pictures of the Floating World. This site, however, has not updated its link page for quite some time, and many of the links are dead. Too bad. They looked very interesting. But the site itself like The Printroom, has a very nice selection of prints, these from the Edo period.
