Orange Moon

Last night, the moon was a deep orange again. I have yet to find out what is in the air that is causing that vivid- almost lurid- color. It is not an unpleasing color, but it is rather strange. It has an oddly Hollywood quality to it, like a moon out of some early Technicolor movie. I'd like to know what is causing it.

Rats! I forgot that today is trash day. Now I have to rush to get the bin out before the truck arrives. (He always comes early in summer, to beat the heat.) I'll have to clean the cat box, too. One of the kitties just made it reek! Ah, I'll be lucky to get to sleep before seven.
