A Rare Indulgence
Jul. 31st, 2004 06:26 amI prefer Saturday and Sunday mornings to those of the weekdays, as the tranquility of the twilight hour remains undisturbed by early commuters. The sky grows pale, shades of blue passing slowly into one another, the stars fade and go out, the details of the world emerge, the crickets fall silent, and the first birds begin to chirp, all without the intrusive sound of cars. For a while, it is as though the last century never happened, and the ageless serenity of ancient dawns yet prevailed.
As today is the last day of July, I have chosen to celebrate by posting an accumulation of silly online quiz results. Those of you who have disable the lj-cut function on your friends pages have only yourselves to blame.
And, what the Hell- nobody reads this damned thing on Saturdays, anyway.
( Fair Warning: Online Quiz Results )
