Quick

It might be wise for me to reduce the amount of time I spend sitting at the computer. The uncomfortable position might be one of the reasons my neck is failing to get better. I've always wanted to get one of those chairs that forces you to sit up straight, but they seem to have vanished from the stores. Maybe people fell off of them and got killed too often.

I've slept or dozed for about twelve of the last twenty-four hours. If I tried, I bet I could get it up to sixteen out of twenty-four. My cat manages that. All I need to do is convince myself that I'm a cat. Then I won't even need a chair.

Fine Mess

The haircut I gave myself the other day makes me look like Stan Laurel. I have no bowler hat with which to cover the hair, though. Well, I look weird wearing a hat anyway, and a neck brace would probably be more appropriate.

I think I missed a visit by deer last night. Roses all along the street have gone missing.

Attention span of a gnat today.
