Ordinary January

Our cold weather from last week as gone on and killed dozens of people east of here. Around here it mostly killed just plants- though I have noticed fewer birds about in the afternoons, so maybe a lot of them were dine in by it. The good news is that the last couple of days have been pretty much normal winter weather here, meaning cold but not bone-chilling.

My sleeping schedule is totally catawampus again, though. I saw only an hour of pale daylight today. Now I'm rushing to catch up on tasks that ought to have been done by now. No more Internets for me until I'm done.
