Burning Through Hours

Where do the autumn days go? Down the Tubes of the Internets! I haven't done much, other than write some commentary on a few photos various users have lately posted at Flickr, but here comes midnight already. Must go out to see any stars that might be peeking through the haze. Somebody in the neighborhood had their fireplace or wood stove going this evening, burning some very smelly wood, but it has cleared up by now, I'm sure. I'll be able to breathe the pleasantly dank smell of decaying leaves while looking at Orion, the air unsullied by smoke. Then some tea and cookies! October!
