Wet

There was more rain from the tropics today. It doesn't smell like pineapples, though. It smells like pine trees. Even if I sniff really hard, I can't detect any sandalwood or mango. I can't even smell the ocean in it. Pine trees. Well, at least it's not too cold tonight. The wet cats won't freeze. But it does nothing to help the leaky roof. After each downpour I check the den, and it won't be long before I have to empty those pots and buckets. I'll be we get at least a couple of inches out of this. Good for the jasmine. May should be nice and fragrant.
