Melty Cheese!

It's surely a bad idea to have the oven going in this weather, but I really wanted one of those little frozen vegetable lasagnas I haven't had for such along time, so that's what I'm cooking. And there was really nothing else in the house that appealed to me anyway, so there will be half an hour of having the oven blazing at 400F. Plus an additional few minutes with the broiler on, so I can make garlic toast. I waited until it was cool enough outside that I could at least have the windows open, but the kitchen will still be hot for an extra hour or two. But tasty vegetable lasagna! Totally worth it!

Besides, I can listen to this to cool off (my favorite Crowded House song. Quite chill-inducing.)
