Dazed

I avoided an afternoon nap today by drinking some tea. Now I'm having an evening crash and I can barely keep my eyes open. There's no winning this game. After posting this entry I will go sit on the couch and turn the television on, and I'll most likely be asleep in five minutes. Portia will wake me up about one o'clock in the morning, and then I'll probably fall asleep again before noon tomorrow, after spending the entire morning in a daze. Maybe I'll just get rid of all the clocks in the house and pretend that time has been canceled.
