Stuff Done

My head has been yanked and my Sunday mis-purchases have been returned to the store and exchanged for the proper goods, plus a 12-pack of assorted Mexican beers. The failure of my telephones to ring has been reported to the telephone company, and my favorite blanket has been laundered in preparation for the onset of cold weather. I'm pretty much set for the week. I wanted to get the cat's litter box cleaned today, but ran out of time, so it will wait until tomorrow, which is also when the telephone repair guys should be here. The rain won't be here until Thursday. If I can stay awake long enough I'll make some macaroni and cheese for dinner, but I didn't get enough sleep last night, so I might crash before I can cook.

A little while ago I heard some of the waterfowl who flew north a couple of weeks ago flying back south. Stupid birds finally figured out that winter isn't over. I wonder how far north they flew? That's what they get for not reading my journal. Told 'em so!
