Stuffed

Two full meals a day is probably too many for me anymore. Even though my two full meals today were some six hours apart, I feel uncomfortably stuffed. Or maybe my meals are just too full. Not that they are any fuller than the meals I ate years ago, but I probably don't need as much food now as I did then. I'm way less active than I once was. I suppose I could get more active, but not when I feel so stuffed.

Enough. I just have to say enough.
