Curses

It was gray and breezy all afternoon, with occasional sprinkles of rain. The rain began falling steadily at dusk, and has since intensified, and it has grown more blustery. In these conditions a power outage is likely. But even if the power holds on, there have already been a couple of brief interruptions to my Internet service. It's connected right now (7:46 PM), but I don't know how long it will last. I'd hoped the second visit from AT&T would fix it for good, but apparently it hasn't. As the rain is expected to continue into tomorrow, and as the last time the Internet went down it was for eight days, I'm just going to post this brief entry— if I can. No telling how long I might be gone this time. It takes them forever to get around to checking their lines. Curse AT&T.
