Reset Forty-Seven, Day One

I think I left writing this entry until too late. For the last half hour I've been barely able to keep my eyes open. But I wanted to note that the first full day after restocking the larder I fed (or overfed) myself quite well, which may help account for my lethargic state. It has grown quite chilly ahead of the storm that is due to come in late tonight and last through Thursday morning. It will get even colder then, and there is likely to be snow in the mountains. Very good news.

Oh, I also got a Farcebook message from someone I haven't heard from in decades, which was a very pleasant surprise. I also had oddly nostalgic dreams Tuesday morning, and remembered more fragments of them than I usually do. For the last couple of years it has seemed that my past was slipping from my memory, and it would be nice if I could get a bit more of it back, or at least slow its disappearance. Maybe that can actually happen. But for now, all that is going to happen is I'm going to go to sleep under a pile of cozy covers.
