Oh, did I forget about this again? Yeah, I guess I did. I can only offer the excuse that putting away groceries is exhausting, and it made a mess of Friday evening, and I had to have a nap, and then I slept until after two o'clock in the morning, and since I got up my brain has been befuddled and distracted and... well, to busy talking to itself to write anything down. And it's just a well it's been too busy, as what it's saying to itself is utter nonsense, and I certainly wouldn't want to write any more of that down. I've written quite enough as it is.
This morning we've got an overcast, but it's thin, so the unseen sun makes the gray sky bright. The forecast is saying there is only a 14% chance of rain this afternoon, but part of the sky farther south is looing quite ominous, and the breeze that is stirring the back yard bush has a damp chill to it. I would not be surprised to see at least some rain before long. Tomorrow it is almost a certainty. It might be the last serious rain of the year, as by Thursday we'll be starting a week of days with highs in the seventies. Winter, I suspect, will exhale its last gasp this week, and its corpse will soon be hidden by spring's new growth. Goodbye, winter. Despite being rather mild you put on a good show, even last week provided the mountains with an impressive blizzard. Thanks for the water. In the heat of summer we'll toast your memory with it.
I can't remember if I've posted any music by Bebe Rexha here, or it it was just at another web site. If I did it was probably at least a year ago, so it would be time again anyway. Bebe is sort of like Dolly Parton possessed by the spirit of Tina Turner, although some just see her as evil Dolly Parton. I don't think she's actually naked in the late scenes in this video, but wearing something skin toned and really tight with decorations that look like pasties, but then maybe not. Often, the mind also wants what it wants.
