Eating last night's dinner for breakfast appears to be my new normal. I woke up twice Friday and didn't know what day it was either time. At least I knew I didn't know the second time. Then I went to sleep again, and when I woke up I knew it was Saturday, and I was actually right. That feels like such an achievement. So does getting my dinner-for-breakfast over by eight o'clock. An even greater achievement would be getting the dishes done this morning, but that ain't gonna happen.
What I will try to do is go back to sleep before the sun clears those trees with the new leaves on them. After that, the bedroom will just be too bright. I'm feeling pretty crappy and don't want to be awake for the balmy day. Friday I managed to stay in bed until almost five o'clock in the evening. Today I might break that record. It's better than thinking. Thinking hurts. So does sneezing, and I think the pollen is active this morning because I've sneezed three times. I hope sleeping prevents that too.
