Yesterday morning I didn't post anything because I had to shut Sluggo down for the duration of the thunderstorm, and then I spent a big part of the rest of the night watching the sky full of moon and clouds. Yesterday afternoon I wrote an entry about it, but Sluggo ate my words before I could post them. Last night, I had a lot of catching up to do, much of it because of Sluggo's recent misbehavior. (He hates the hot weather.) So I haven't had time to reconstruct the lost entry. Computers can be such annoying things. Maybe I'll trade Sluggo for a cat.

You know, what you're doing could be considered "Sluggo abuse". Don't you know he needs his own air conditioned room where he can sit and meditate for hours at a time. He needs soft lighting and back ground music, possibly jazz. And most of all he needs you to be kinder to him. Really!! Do you ever pat him and give him love now and again? I didn't think so. No wonder he eats your words. You also need to think of his feelings when you write entries like this one. Geesh!!! If you don't straighten up, the Sluggo police will be knocking on your door. It won't be pretty.
