Reset Forty-Nine, Day Three Hundred Seven

rejectomorphSun did not intrude on Wednesday until late afternoon, and then for only a while. There was only intermittent rain, never very intense, but the overcast was relentless until about four o'clock when it finally let a few rays through. I had no idea how late I'd slept until I saw the light gradually appear on my blinds. I did not sleep well though. Lately I have found the bedclothes in a complete tangle more than once, and yesterday half of them were on the floor. I could barely extricate myself from them. I wonder what the hell I'm doing in my sleep? When I'm awake I can barely move around in bed without cramping something or getting something out of joint. Apparently asleep I'm an Olympic class wrestler who feels no pain. The dreams I don't remember must be surpassingly strange.
I'm looking at the supermarket ads and hope to get a few things Friday. A couple of items I really need are on sale quite cheap, but selecting the rest of the stuff is going to be quite a chore. I just don't know what to eat anymore, though the size of my ass indicates that I do eat, and more than a little. I just never know what it's going to be because I really don't like eating that much, and like cooking even less. But then the ass might be mostly beer. Beer is easy. Open the bottle or can, pour and drink. It's too bad beer doesn't have all the nutrients I need. I'd never eat again. Except chocolate. But that's easy too.
Rain possible again today, almost certain tomorrow, and likely on Saturday. At the moment the overcast we had this morning is failing and I see a bright patch of sunshine illuminating the white flowers that no cloak the bush in the back yard. How depressing. I hope I can get to sleep, knowing all that cheerfulness is just outside my windows. Maybe it will be gloomy and wet when I wake up.
