My default Internet service is still being crappy. I'll try to get a connection with Juno later tonight. My Chiconet annual account runs out at the end of November. If they don't get it fixed, I won't bother to renew. There's even a chance that the company isn't going to survive much longer. As I don't want to revert to Juno alone, and can't afford Comcast's broadband service, I'll have to be looking for another low-cost dial-up service. Annoying.

Oh, two more ponderosas have been yanked out, this time in a front yard up the block. Deforestation! There are now no more than half as many trees on this block as there were when I moved here. We are not pleased.
