The night fell silent some hours ago, after the rain ceased and the trees stopped dripping. A few crickets even came out to chirp. Before I knew it, the clouds had taken on a lavender shade, and patches of sky began to appear. Now the sky is blue and the remaining clouds are brilliant white puffs rapidly scudding northward. It will be difficult to get to sleep.
I really need to fix my schedule!
