Well, when it comes to that, George wasn't born or raised here either. In fact, many famous Californians were not born here (Ronald Reagan, for example), and many who wereborn here are widely thought to be from somewhere else (I mean, people are still blaming the south for spawning Kevin Federline, aren't they? Good.)
