Same

October arrived looking very much like the end of September. The rain last night was never more than a drizzle, and the sun evaporated all evidence of it before noon. Tomorrow, the paper says, will be hot, but there could be more rain by Thursday. Summer fighting with fall. My guess is that fall will be getting the upper hand before the end of the month, but one never knows. I just hope fall gets the upper hand before the end of the month. A hot November would drive me to distraction.

Anyway, kept busy by mundane tasks all day, then had an unintended nap, and now I have that disoriented feeling that comes from sleeping at the wrong time. I will now put large amounts of water on my head and see if that improves things.
