Ouch!

I yanked something out of place in my right shoulder. Too much lifting recently, I guess. The most annoying thing about it is that the tips of the fingers on my right hand are sore. Weird. It makes typing even more tedious than usual. Now, I really want to get out for a walk today. It has turned cold again, and will probably aggravate the pain in my shoulder, but I'm going to go anyway.

Oh, yeah. Frank is a rather lurid shade of green, today. He looks as though he went to a wild party last night. Either that, or he ate some bad clams.
