The sun decided to emerge for a while today, so I could get to the mailbox and put the wheelie bins out without getting my feet wet. If it makes an appearance at the right time tomorrow I'll be able to stay dry when I bring the wheelie bins back in, too. That would be nice. Anytime I get to stay dry while clothed is a bonus. I'll probably get this wish, too, as most of this week's potential rain has been canceled. It might rain again on Thursday, but the percentages for the rest of the week dropped faster than Mitt Romney's. Our weather has grown as fickle as America's voters.

Now I'm going to go drink more of my winter ale and watch television. My cable was down for about six hours last night, so I've got to make up for lost TV time. If I don't fulfill my quota, the bomb Comcast has planted in my house will go off. That would totally ruin my night.
