My head has been yanked again, so I ought to be able to get more comfortable, for a few days at least. My neck was creaking so much this last week that the noise was distracting me. I was hoping that the adjustment would also do something about the tinnitus I've been getting, but apparently it hasn't. The tinnitus is almost as distracting as the neck creaking.

But the day did the last thing I'd have expected it to do: felt like March. It was cool and bright and windy, just as an early March day should be. It was quite a surprise to have the weather actually fit the calender for a change. The event has left me almost speechless. In fact, that's all I've got, so now I'm going to go listen to my ears ring.

Have you ever tried "Gravity Boots"? I've always wanted a set, but they cost too goddamn much.

No, I haven't tried gravity boots. But then I don't like being upside down. Even when my dentist tilts the chair far enough back that my head is lower than my feet, my anxiety level goes way up. I'm convinced that the ground has a grudge against my skull.

Certain bullies will hold people upside down just for the pleasure of it, though, or for any small change that might fall from their pockets. That could be a cheap alternative— though perhaps unreliable, and probably not approved by any professional medical association.
