rejectomorphCalFire is now saying that the fire making our air thick will not be contained before August 21. I'll have coughed up both lungs by then. The fire could go on even longer, of course, but I won't care because I'll be dead from having coughed up both lungs. I only hope I can finish all my beer before that happens. Beer is probably undrinkable by the lungless.
Oops. Starting in on the beer might have been why I forgot to hit the post button after writing this last night, then fell asleep before turning off the computer. A waste of hours and electricity. And it was only one extra can of beer. I've turned into the cheapest drunk ever. This would look so bad on a resume that it's probably for the best that the fire is going to make me a lungless corpse within two weeks.
