Boom and Bust

Wouldn't you know it. Just when I get time to post a journal entry, the gentle rain that has been falling off and on for the last few hours suddenly turns into a roaring thunderstorm. I guess I'll have to shut the computer down before it starts getting power surges. Maybe I'll be able to come back later.

Besides, I want to go outside to watch the lightning and listen to the thunder.

The power stayed on, but I fell asleep. I guess thunderstorms are too relaxing for me.

I love the sound of a storm. Well, so long as it's not too wild or close! Sleeping to the sound of rain is a pleasure.
