Hello, I Must Be Going

The heat was not too bad today, and the house is cooling nicely in the evening air. The pollen was less intense than I'd expected, too, and I didn't do much sneezing today, but the pine trees haven't begun their spewing yet, so there is worse ahead. I'm hearing more crickets but fewer frogs tonight. With the arrival of dry weather the frogs probably won't last long, but the crickets should continue to grow in numbers. Well, at least as long as the feral cats don't eat them.

My neck has begun giving me a headache, and looking at the monitor makes it worse. I'm going to go out and rest my eyes in the cool darkness and listen to the night sounds.

Actually I think it's Hell's fault. Hell shoved its climate into Central America, and Central America's climate had to move to Mexico, Mexico's climate got pushed into California, and California's climate had nowhere to go but the Pacific Northwest. Your climate is on it's way to Alaska, and of course Alaska's climate will end up in Hell. Next winter, Hell will freeze over, and a whole bunch of people will have to do things they never wanted to do.

On the bright side, Microsoft will then probably release a really great OS.

Haha! I could use a good OS, but I'd rather have regular old PNW weather. :D
