48 hours until the beginning of the peak of the possible meteor shower. If I'm as tired Friday night as I am tonight, I don't see how I'll be able to keep my eyes open for it. Last night I fell asleep a few minutes after eleven o'clock, then woke up briefly twice before finally being able to stay awake about half past five in the morning. I got no nap today because there was busyness going on. I'm going to try to get a nap on Friday so I can stay up later. Tonight is probably a total loss. I'm just going to go fall asleep in front of the television.

I hope you get to see the meteors! I tried only once and managed to see very few, but that was due to light pollution.

So far it's still mostly cloudy tonight, but I saw a few stars peeking through last time I was out. I'm hoping it will clear more over the next half hour.
