The shopping is out of the way, though I'll have to stop and get a loaf of bread on my way home from the chiropractor Tuesday. If I'd bought it today it would have gone stale before I even needed it.

Yesterday evening's bonus rain lasted quite a while, and as to day was so cool the ground is still damp in many places. I won't have to do any watering tonight, and I'll have extra time for watering on Sunday because the shopping is already done.

And now there are cookies for desert after my late dinner that I'm going to fix right now.

Pepperidge Farm for half Safeway's usual price. Almost a bargain!

I wish they'd have a sale on the Stella D'oro cookies again, though.

Pepperidge Farm and Stella d'Oro! Now you're TAWkin'. I have forever loved Gingerman and Bordeaux cookies, though nowadays they're too brittle for my fragile teeth unless I dunk them in hot tea. As for Stella, I go for breakfast treats and those Margherita ones in chocolate and vanilla. *daydreams of cookies*

The Winter Soldier here will go take down a delivery truck and bring me some.
