Is it just Sluggo, or is LJ behaving very badly today? I'm having a lot of trouble with it. Slow, lots of errors, lots of pages not being displayed. Well, a nice day for a walk, anyway. Maybe the site will clear up by evening.

Yes, I tried Sluggo on some other sites and he behaved reasonably well. The problems with LJ today are probably the resut of the fact that brad and the guys have just installed some new servers, and it takes a while for the bugs to show up and then be dealt with. It ought to be back to normal, soon.(Until the next expansion, of course.)

One of the best ways to keep up with what is going on with the site is to add lj_maintenance, lj_dev, and lj_biz to your friends list, and monitor them. Whatever changes are planned are usually posted in one or another of them, and you'll be able to see them on your friends page. Very handy.
