Reset Forty, Day Eleven

rejectomorphSo I slept the entire middle out of Monday, not getting up until four o'clock in the afternoon. The days being longer now I did get some sunlight, but mostly through the windows. The back yard was already shady when I got up. Night soon fell, though, and I made a sandwich instead of cooking, which I won't be able to do much longer since I'm almost out of bread again. I guess I've made more sandwiches instead of cooking than I'd thought lately. This means shopping must be arranged. How tedious it is to be matter that devours other matter.
Today won't be quite as sunny as Monday, but perhaps I'll see more of it. I might be getting sleepy enough to crash soon. Wednesday and Thursday are supposed to be rainy again, and rain might linger into Friday. The white flowers on the backyard bush are rapidly turning brown from age and the damp. The same conditions seem to make me paler. But then I don't have petals to fall off. Only hair and teeth. The bush is provoking just a bit of envy.
I think I posted a video by guitarist Luca Stricagnoli not long ago. This evening I was listening to another one, based on an Eminem song, which I found oddly hypnotic, despite its being rather intense, and it almost put me to sleep. I've been listening to it again, in hope that the effect still works. I really don't want to sleep until late afternoon again.
